Shitcoin Swap to open its headquarters in Da Nang, Vietnam
Shitcoin Swap is an open-source trading and investment platform that is capable of natively interacting with blockchain systems and smart contracts, as well as plugging into traditional finance APIs.
At least that's our elevator pitch that we're using to apply for the Sandbox Pilot under Decree 94 and Resolution 05 in the planned financial centre in Da Nang, directly in front of My Khe beach, Vietnam.
Not only is Da Nang a beautiful city with a rapidly growing tech scene, but Vietnam as a whole has shown a strong commitment to embracing blockchain technology and innovation.
Specifically, the Crypto Pilot Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP allows for the licensing of CASPs (Crypto Asset Providers) and the recognition of Digital Assets under the 2025 Law on Digital Technology Industry. This is a significant step towards creating a regulatory framework for the crypto industry in Vietnam, and it opens up new opportunities for companies like Shitcoin Swap to operate legally and contribute to the country's economic development.
